Samparku connects you with trusted local professionals — cooks, house help, plumbers, electricians, drivers, tutors and more — through the people who already know them.
You can use it on this website or on WhatsApp, in your own language.

Create your profile with your name, your work, and the area you want to work in.
Employers nearby can find you and contact you.
Collect ratings and reviews to build trust and get more work.
You can edit or delete your own profile anytime after logging in.

Log in with your phone number and the OTP sent to you.
On your first login, set your role (employer or worker), name, city and area.
Use 'Search' to find workers, or 'Add' to create a worker profile.
Open your account from your phone number in the top menu to edit details or delete your account.

Send 'hi' to the Samparku WhatsApp number and pick your language from the menu.
The bot sets you up first: choose Employer (to hire) or Worker (to find work), then tell it your name and city.
If you are a Worker, the bot guides you step by step — your work (e.g. Cook, Plumber, House Help), then the area(s) you want to work in.
You can list several work areas separated by commas, for example 'Embassy Pristine, Suncity', and the bot will ask if you want to add more.
It then asks where you stay and your native place, and your worker profile goes live automatically — no separate 'create profile' step needed.
If you are an Employer, just give the area where you need workers and you're ready to search.
To find workers, type naturally, e.g. 'need a plumber in Bengaluru' or 'house help near Embassy Pristine'. The bot shows a short list and tells you exactly what to reply to reveal a number.
Forward a contact such as 'Ramesh, house help, 98xxxxxxxx looking for work' to add that worker for your apartment group.
Type 'language' to change your language, or 'help' anytime to see example commands.
Type 'delete my profile' to remove just your listing, or 'delete my account' to close your whole account.

Edit a profile: on the website open it and tap Edit; on WhatsApp say what to change (e.g. 'add my work area Whitefield').
Delete just your listing: on WhatsApp send 'delete my profile'; on the website use Delete Profile on the Edit page.
Delete your whole account (name, language, wallet and your own profile): on WhatsApp send 'delete my account'; on the website use My Account → Delete my account.
Note: deleting your profile does NOT delete your account. Profiles you added for other people stay in the directory.

Change your language anytime — from the menu on the website, or by typing 'language' on WhatsApp.
Your wallet tracks contact views. The service is currently free and any ₹1 deduction is credited back.
